Pastors
David and Ronica Muriithi started House of Grace Church on 27th
March 2002. House of Grace Started with one hundred and thirty seven
people in attendance at the Langata Shopping Center.
Since then the church has grown
in Leaps and Bounds to a congregation of 2500 three years later.
The church is purely a work of Faith and Grace. We give God all
the praise and Glory.
Two months after the church started,
more space was needed. The walls have since been broken three times.
Our Story has been all the space we have provided for God, He has
always filled it. Another extension has just been finished. God
has given us all the signs that He wants us to put up a Mega Church
for Him in Nairobi for His glory.
The mission is to reach to people
by feeding the hungry, clothing the naked through mission outreaches
outside the four walls of the church. We believe in the great commission
of going out into the world.
God's Mandate for the House of Grace Church
To positively influence our world
by being a witness of Our Lord Jesus Christ Because of experiencing
His Grace.
2 Peter 1: 2 Grace and peace be
multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our
Lord Ephesians 2: 8, 9 For by Grace you have been saved through
faith and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God Not of works,
lest anyone should boast
The visionaries for the House of Grace Ministry/church are Reverend
David Muriithi and Pastor Ronica Muriithi.
The vision of the House of Grace Ministry/church is to transform
the lives of its members and subsequently the society at large to
be like Christ’s by teaching and training them to be witnesses
of Our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15: 10 But by the Grace
of God, I am what I am...
To equip and prepare its members to be witnesses for Our Lord Jesus
Christ by causing them to experience His Grace.
To keep the members focused on being witnesses for Our Lord Jesus
Christ.
To follow principles found in the
Bible.
