REV. DR David Muriithi is the Founder and Senior Pastor of the House of Grace Church, Nairobi;
a Ministry birthed in 2002.
An anointed Pastor, Speaker, Evangelist, and Teacher, Rev Muriithi is a dynamic and charismatic minister of the Gospel, whose uncompromising and compelling style in the delivery of God’s Word, has been used greatly by God to transform the lives of men and women from all walks of life around the world.
Rev. Dr. Muriithi is a graduate of Nairobi Pentecostal Bible College where he pursued a Diploma in Theology. Striving to pursue more knowledge, he later attained a Bachelor of Arts from South Eastern University Florida, A Masters and a Doctorate degree in Theology and Pastoral Ministries from Latin America University of Theology (California-U.S.A).
Popularly referred to by many as the “son of thunder”, on account of his demonstrative and candid preaching style, Rev. Muriithi’s life today is a clear testimony of God’s power and immeasurable favor. His heartfelt and undying passion for God’s call upon his life is borne out of a divine mandate to reach people, of all kindred and from all nations, with the message of hope.
He fulfills this mission through his ministry at the House of Grace, a rapidly growing, lively and multicultural congregation in Nairobi, as well as through the popular TV broadcast, “Grace Today,” which is aired weekly on NTV on Sunday at 9am in Kenya, and through the Manna TV, a South African-based broadcast that reaches millions of people in Africa and in Europe.
The well-known, Senior Pastor of the Potters’ House church in Dallas, Texas; Bishop TD Jakes is the spiritual father and mentor to Rev. David Muriithi and provides the spiritual cover to the House of Grace ministries international under PHIPA.
He is a sought-after international conference speaker as he preaches through out Kenya, and the continent of Africa.
Rev. Muriithi is happily married to his lovely wife, Rev Ronica, and they are blessed with two beautiful children, Paul and Esther.
