To be successful, you must have a purpose. Blind Bartimaeus knew exactly what he wanted when he was asked by Jesus what he wanted. The same applied to Solomon – he knew exactly what to ask God for. Do you know what you want? In which direction are you going? - Understand contentment.
Godliness with contentment is a great gain.

It means being happy with what’s now, but having a plan for the future.

It is extremely rare in this day and age.

Paul was an example of a committed man. Abraham Lincoln, too, lost so many times before becoming the President of the United States of America. He was commited to success regardless of the number of losses. - Compassion.
Basically, love. You’ll not go anywhere without love, definitely not far without being a compassionate person.

You can’t hate and be successful. Penda watu (love people). Don’t love money and use people; love people and use money. - Enthusiasm.
Nothing moves in the world until you’re enthusiastic about something. Do business and ministry with all your heart, mind, and soul. Be enthused about all you do. - Staying Power.
This is very simple – don’t give up! Persist. Insist. Press in. Stay!
